Dlaboratory Sweden AB\u2019s (publ) has the great pleasure of welcoming M\u00f6lndal Energi as they have decided to start using the dInsight Analytics Platform. As a first step in their digitalisation journey together with dLab, they commission the incident analyser.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the beautiful west coast of Sweden, M\u00f6lndal Energi serves more than 23 000 electrical distribution customers and provides electricity exclusively from renewable energy sources to a total of 80 000 customers. M\u00f6lndal Energi has a clear vision of being a leading player in the energy transition towards a sustainable society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

M\u00f6lndal Energi is constantly striving to improve its security of supply and therefore aims to become Sweden\u2019s most reliable power grid by 2038. To achieve this goal, M\u00f6lndal Energy has started an initiative including increased digitalization and automation of the power grid, as well as other measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– We have very high ambitions in improving our security of supply and after a technical evaluation and assessment we are convinced that dLab\u2019s platform will help us. Their IT platform is flexible and can connect well into our digitalisation projects and help us on the way to predict faults before they contribute to SAIDI. Also, we have an ambition to create the operation and maintenance utility company of the near future and dlab will be the cornerstone of this vision, says H\u00e5kan Havel, Operations and Maintenance manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

dLab\u2019s history started as a unique solution addressing security of supply in the distribution grid but has since then expanded to become a versatile platform focussing on supporting improved grid resilience from a holistic perspective.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am convinced that we together can make a difference and I am eager to get M\u00f6lndal Energi’s input to further develop our platform to help DSO:s in the energy transition, says Fredrik Akke, CTO of dLab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

dLab has a clear commitment in supporting the energy sector in the energy transition by focusing on providing a perfected grid insight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– When we talk about a perfected grid insight, we mean the capability of connecting the digital world with the business operation.
